This is perfect for employees to create a regular relaxation routine to feel grounded and centred. Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction (MBSR) has been shown to significantly lower feelings of anxiety depression and stress, whilst increasing feelings of wellbeing.
Adding this to the workplace will create calmer, more resilient employees, leading to greater team unity and understanding. This also teaches highly effective coping-mechanisms to individuals that can be used both inside and outside of the workplace.
A lighter option of the 6 Week Course is also available. This focuses on mindfulness relaxation techniques and activities without the workshop modules. A simple yet effective way to cultivate positive mental health within a work environment.
This course is usually delivered In-House but can be run from an alternative venue if required.
