WORKSHOPS
Investing in employee wellbeing is essential to creating a positive office culture where staff can thrive and in turn, drive growth within your business.
Equipping your workforce with stress management techniques leads to more engaged, responsive and happier employees. Mindfulness is an evidence-based tool used to effectively manage stress and anxiety.
Mental Health First Aid Training - Qualified trainer through MHFA
MHFA training courses teach people to spot the signs of mental health issues, offer initial help and guide a person towards support. This training teaches people to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis - and even potentially reach out to someone before a crisis happens.
Becoming a Mental Health First Aider, whether for personal or professional reasons, gives you these valuable skills:
-
Build employees’ confidence to have open conversations around mental health and reduce the stigma
-
Encourage people to access the support they need earlier, to help promote a faster recovery
-
Empower people with a long-term mental health issue or disability to thrive in work
-
Promote a mentally healthy environment, stopping preventable issues and allowing people to thrive and become more productive
-
Embed a long term positive culture across the whole organisation, where employees recognise their mental and physical health are supported as equal parts of the whole person
