Mindfulness with Summer Lodge Country Hotel & Spa
Spend a day with us learning all about the benefits of mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the art of reconnecting with our bodies and the sensations they experience - waking up to the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the present moment. Embark on an introduction to mindfulness at Summer Lodge with Verity Woodgate, a qualified mindfulness teacher, from Zenna.
The day will include a series of workshops, a mindfulness walk of the beautiful walled gardens of Summer Lodge (weather dependent), and a two-course lunch of locally sourced, healthy and seasonal cuisine, with tea and coffee breaks.
